(vs. front, step-through right punch)
Drop back with right leg into a left neutral bow, left inward block as your right arm executes a pull back strike to opponents right wrist (breaking opponents right elbow). Right step through with right hammer fist to opponent's face, working outside his body (your left hand should be checking high), right foot should plant somewhere between 10:00 and 11:00 (You are in a right forward bow facing the direction of your right foot). Continue your motion and pivot counter-clockwise into a left forward bow facing 5:00/6:00, your right hand has continued in its orbital path as it executes a right heel palm check/strike into your opponents right arm and/or body, this heel palm strike lands at the same time as your left hand executes am outward back knuckle to his ribs. Your right hand checks his right arm against his body (if it is not already in that position), as your left hand becomes a waiters check or platter check on top of his right arm and body pulling his height zone and head down to aid in compounding the next strike. Sink into a right kneel stance with a right upward-looping back knuckle to his face as you pivot clockwise ( while your height zone rises) towards 10:00/11:00 in a right neutral bow, while at the same time as your pivot, your right hand continues in a twirling motion over your head as it follows-through to the next strike, your right outward elbow catches your opponents right kidney (your left hand checking high), passing through it, your right arm circles out and in to an inward right forearm, heel palm, or ridge hand strike to your opponents chest at the same time you stiff-leg sweep his right leg (with your right leg) resulting in a scissor motion takedown to ground.
